Rates: Daily Rate: € 100,00 / US$ 125,00 / £ 70,00 Weekly Rate (7 days): € 550,00 / US$ 685,00 / £ 385,00 Fortnightly Rate (14 days): € 1.000,00 / US$ 1.250,00 / £ 700,00 During the months of October, November, December, January, February, March and April, these prices benefit from a 15% discount. |

Conditions: We accept provisional bookings, but guests will have to confirm these bookings within 7 days, should these dates be requested by another guest. Bookings need to be confirmed and paid for 7 days before arriving. Payments may be made by Credit Card, Pay Pal or Bank Transfer. If due to unforeseen circumstances you are unable to take your vacation on the dates set aside for yourself, and we are advised of this problem up to 48 hours before the start of your reservation, we will refund you 80% of your payment. |

How to Book? It’s simple. Have a look at the dates you’re interested in. If these are available, send us an e-mail reserving these dates for yourself. These will then be marked as PROVISIONAL BOOKINGS. Once you have made your payment, these will be altered to CONFIRMED BOOKINGS. Payment MUST be made up to 7 days before the confirmed dates. Bookings may be made by telephone or e-mail. |
